This is purely a personal portfolio website and will be used for no other purpose than to display my work.

That being said, I take the privacy of visitors to the site very seriously. Here you’ll find all the necessary privacy information relevant to the site.

Who I am…

I am Jonathan Mynette and my website is https://mynettedesign.com.

What data I collect and why I collect it…

The only time I will collect personal data is if you choose to send an enquiry through the form on the contact page.

By default this will capture your IP address. To ensure the form submits you will need to fill in your name and email address, you can choose whether to include your phone number and it is up to you what details you include in your message. This data will be stored for as long as is necessary.

The data you submit will not be shared with anyone without written consent from you.

The form uses Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection. You can find their privacy policy here https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.

Analytics

I use Google Analytics to track website traffic. Collected data is processed in such a way that visitors cannot be identified.

Plugins

Certain plugins that are at use on the site store data by default. I have listed these here along with what they store, why and for how long.

Hummingbird

Hummingbird uses the Stackpath Content Delivery Network (CDN). Stackpath may store web log information of site visitors, including IPs, UA, referrer, Location and ISP info of site visitors for 7 days. Files and images served by the CDN may be stored and served from countries other than your own. Stackpath’s privacy policy can be found here.

Cookies

I use cookies to give visitors to the site the best experience possible and make the site run smoothly for me and visitors alike. You are welcome to change your cookie settings in your browser, but not allowing some cookies may result in parts of the site not working correctly or as they are meant to.
